We pray for
the souls who are missing
We pray for the souls of the mourned
We pray for the hearts of the families
Who's lives have been suddenly torn
We pray for the people at war now
We pray for the children who've died
We pray for the hearts of the mothers
Who's babies are torn from their side
We beseech you, Oh Lord, to bid welcome
These souls that our follies have sent
We ask all your Angels to help them
To help comprehend where they went
We pray for the souls of the missing
We pray for the souls of the mourned
We pray for the hearts of the families
Whose lives have been suddenly torn
