Gone

by

Amanda Reynolds

I'm sitting here, just like I said
Sitting here, right in your head
Or am I laying on the bed
Some where close to you
Like I wanted to

Do you even know I'm here
Can you feel me breathing near
Do you ever loose a tear
Or are you glad you flew
Away to someone new

Doesn't matter how loud I scream
My eyes by you will never be seen
Maybe in a hollow dream
We'll meet for one last time
Still you won't be mine

Stolen words meant nothing much to me
That's why I had to choose to set you free
And my soul sank down in the sea
Lost without your face
You didn't leave a trace
