Listen to your heart…
For it speaks so very clear.
The voice of your soul
Crying for you to hear.
It sings your true desires
It paints your every dream
It knows when you are pretending
Or not what you seem.
Its melody is honest
For the heart cannot lie.
Even if it's breaking
You can hear the heart cry.
When the world is cold
And you feel the pain.
Or when it is cruel
And leaves a hurtful stain.
Come back to the heart,
For it speaks so very clear.
And inside you will find
The warmth to dry your tear.
