Running
Away from the old scene
Running
Into a new dream
Running
From the pain of the past
Running
Are you running too fast

You've got stories to tell
And a new love to sell
Talking tales so tall
Should I believe it all

Your words are running
Into each other
It's getting crowded to hear
But in a second of silence
The feeling's strong
I know you need somebody near

Everybody wants a good thing
Remembering the love they had
Everybody wants their own thing
In misty memories of love gone bad

Running
If you want to be free
Running
Then come running to me
Running
I will do you no harm
So come running
Into my arms
