I am the one in the back that no one ever sees

I am the one who can't open her heart because it no longer has keys

I am the one with the scars on her wrists

I am the one who realizes she no longer exists

I am the one who is ready to pack

I am the one who gives love, but never gets it back

I am the one with the hurting heart

I am the one without the better part

I am the one that's on no team

I am the one who is building up steam

I am the one they want to turn

I am the one who feels the burn

I am the one who didn't become who they wanted me to be

I am the one who is trying to be myself, just me
