i hate you
the way you are
when i look at you i try not to see
you're not looking at me
why do i try to stay
always stuck in the past
this can not last
longing to be with you
even when we are together
we aren't
knowing it's always my fault
i just don't think i can take it
looking into your eyes
and seeing what is no surprise
i know that you do not care for me
and you never will
always dropping me like i am nothing to be held
in your eyes that look right past
i am nothing
and i will stay that way
