How My Husband Lost His Teeth

by

Jo Ann Mann

My husband has no teeth!
His children say DadGumIt
Not quite ready for the funeral wreath
Can’t get the energy to climb Mt. Summit

He can only eat beans and rice
But it causes lots of gas
The odor does kill the lice
Oh but it stinks when it does pass

He is my life
For a man he is good
But tough it is to be his wife
Look he plays with his food!

Oh how I love this man of mine
He is so strong and true
He never fed me a line
Cause he knew I would sue!

Now we have grown old
Don’t remember much now
Except my hubby is getting quite bold
The other day he called me a fat sow!

You see that is how he lost his teeth!
