Easy To Judge Without Knowing

To judge someone, what is the proper method?
Judge them by their looks as they walk by?
Maybe what rumors you hear?
Their race?
How they dress?
Why must humans judge each other?
Most times we do this without knowing the person
Is that really fair?
Whatever happened to personality?
Personality is what defines a person's social being
Why not judge a person after getting to know them?
But then again for some that would be too hard
It's much easier to judge someone without knowing them.
