To many questions
Not enough answers
And I’m doubting my ability to hear
I’ve all I can do to quiet my heart
And try to draw near
I long for the peace of your presence
I long for your peace in my soul
My disappointment overwhelms my reverence
Please come and make me whole
To many questions not enough answers
And I long to be able to hear
I’ve all I can do to quiet my heart
Please speak loud and clear
I long for the peace of your presence
Please quiet me in your love
Flesh hush and show due reverence
To my God, my soul does love.
