sometimes malted
talking about everything
and nothing
but below the talking
beneath the trivial surface
roars the river of relational
Lifeblood
Hands entwined
with our laughter as
we stop longing and
savor belonging.
Some are getting old together
as others are getting new together
A quick wink
is just the nudge that
I needed today.
