The Storm

Thunder coming from all directions
A flash of light from the south
Wind blowing east
And the rain drops just fall.
The leaves are rustling,
Helicopters are falling
This all seems so peaceful
Compared to the war in my head
So much to think about
So much to figure out
I don’t think I can do this
I need so much to do this
But I don’t even know how to start
