so there's gotta be things you can do!
you must try harder to stay true
live life as happy as you could
that thug lifestyle ain't all that good
look around an' see
there's more to life then you & me
so stop trying to be my enemy
you wish you could change the world
well i'm going to put a better understanding
to these thuggish young girls
hanging on the streets do you see anyone that cares
time to time life can be so unfair
don't just look at this world with odd shaped stairs
the good life i'm sure some day we will all get there !
