Don't Let Go

by

Sara Rarick

When you feel,
so low beneath the stars.
And you don't think,
that you can ever make it on your own.
Remember what it was like before,
what were your dreams?
your aspirations?
Well don't let them fly away now,
there's too many things,
that you've yet too seen!
There's a whole great big world,
with many beauties left to explore.
There's so many ideas out there,
to let your mind expand.
All the different beliefs
for you to hold.
And all the knowledge from countless years,
are left to discover.
So, don't let go,
of your dreams.
Remember everything you wanted to be,
when you were young and free.
To explore the things unseen,
invent new fantasy worlds,
defeat ancient beasts,
dance under the stars, hand in hand with your friend.
Anything you ever will desire, is in your grasp.
Just try to find the hope,
the piece of you that burns with life,
and set your soul free to see all there is to see.
