Lost But Never Forgotten

by

Satyam Sharma

The plain white room covered in tears,
the worst has come from all the fears.
She has risen above us all,
disobeying her mother’s call
but there is no answer and the baby’s body must burn.
The mother losing her only sibling.
As the doctors at the child’s organs nibbling.
Setting a price for a heart,
Knowing that the love inside played a part.
In the life of a helpless being
Doctors runaway fleeing
but do they care?
They look at the mother and stare.
Presentimenting no contrition,
No matter they did their mission
to take away an active principal of existence
despite the babies five-month resistance.
But now the heartless creatures see another "accident about to occur"
And turn another meek mother’s life into a blur.
Yes it is another feeble baby
about to be taken away from another loving lady,
whose hearts are as soft as cotton.
And will be purposely lost but never forgotten.
