At best, they blame you for mere trifles!
At worst, they blame you for no fault at all!
In general, they scold you for their own fault!
If you slip by accident and fall down
They blame you for being careless!
If they slip by accident and fall down
They scold you for not preventing the fall!
The secret of dealing with faultfinders
Is to take no heed for whatever they say.
Let them make a mountain of a mole hill;
After all, their rebuke is a storm in a teacup!
