The Limit of Sins

by

Uzma Sadaf

O God tell me
Where is the limit of my sins
These my sins that are encompassing the whole hell
Will they come to an end any time
Or, I shall be staggering in the same way
From the river of fire
To the sea of fire
Sunk completely
The words have change into red coals
The thoughts turned into charcoals
The passion turned into ashes
The ambitions enflamed
And like a burning coal
This body burning all the time
It is a hell
The hell of thoughts
The hell of consciousness
From the heart to the spirit
All spreading!
It is a hell! A hell
